the growing need for water |
 |
there has to be a better way |
|
Throughout the world, especially in developing countries, there is a dire need for water to fulfill basic human self-sufficiency demands. In most cases, the problem is not the lack of available water, but the inability to obtain it in a cost-effective, reliable manner.
The developments of RESTEC International Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dakshidin Corporation, provide significant contributions to the solution of problems in obtaining safe, reliable water faster and cheaper than ever before.
The most common method currently used to extract water from the earth in developing countries is through the use of submersible pumps, open wells, and boreholes. The disadvantages to these methods range from the large amounts of fuel needed to run pumps to sanitary problems and disease from open wells.

The answer is simple - wind power.
Wind is a free, reliable and renewable source of energy. Windmills were instrumental in the development of the Western United States - with over 6 million in use prior to 1930. Although the introduction of electricity and other fuel sources led to the decline of the use of windmills in the U.S., today prices for those sources of power are increasing at an alarming rate and aren’t infinitely renewable. Multi-blade windmills have resurfaced as a viable form of alternative energy, and is the most cost-effective long term solution to meet the demands of water in today’s developing countries.
The target market countries have in total 100 times the population of the U.S. prior to 1930. Their GNP is 80% agriculture. RESTEC windmills can significantly decrease water collection time, eliminate the need for electricity, generators and fuel to reach the water. Further, the water collected can be pushed by the windmill to distances greater than 10 miles to distribute it to those who need it. |

| The RESTEC Windmill is the world’s most powerful water pumping windmill, capable of pumping more water from any depth and at any wind speed than any other windmill today. |
|
|
| |
The RESTEC Mark 10 High Performance water pumping windmill can pump water from depths up to 4,000 feet and works with wind speeds as low as 4 mph. It is also the only windmill in the world that can accommodate the use of down hole pumps up to 12 inches in diameter, thus pumping more volume of water under the same conditions.
Conventional farm-type multi-blade water pumping windmills require speeds of 12 mph to operate efficiently. While seemingly low, these speeds occur less than 20% of the time on over 20% of the earth’s surface. By contrast, wind speeds of 5 mph occur approximately 90% of the time on over 90% of the earth’s surface.

Ingenuity, design, and dedicated research have produced the world's most powerful windmill. |
|
| |
With the RESTEC, it is possible to pump water to sites as far as 10 miles away. It’s innovative rotating counterbalanced design enables the pump to offset the weight of both the water and the sucker rods, employing a smoother, more powerful stroke. The RESTEC Windmill can pump other fluids such as crude oil and with additional hardware can desalinate and purify water, heat water, and generate 12 volt DC electricity.
The RESTEC’s conceptual design was initially conceived in 1990 - and after 27 years later and millions in research, our windmills are peerless in this industry. It’s easily assembled in any situation with simple tools by entry level skilled workers.

TESTING
The performance of the RESTEC Windmill has been thoroughly tested over 12 month periods by independent researchers -
- Turbo-Machinery Laboratory of Texas A&M University
- The Department of Agriculture in Alberta, Canada
- The Government of the State of Michoacan, Mexico
PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS
The RESTEC will soon offer other product accessories that increase its versatility -
- Generation of utility grade electricity
- Flash distillation of water
- Reverse osmosis
POTENTIAL MARKET
There are 215 countries in the UN Atlas with a population in excess of 1 billion total. Each country has a minimum conservative potential need for 25,000 windmills - representing a potential market for millions of RESTEC Windmills. |
|
| |
|
| |
INITIAL MARKET
The RESTEC Windmill is currently being produced and sold primarily in China, and is establishing distributors in the U.S., Central America, the Caribbean, North Africa, Italy, France and Spain. |

EMERGING MARKETS
There are many potential markets in need of the RESTEC Windmill: --
AFRICA - has a market potentially for millions of our pumping wells -- INDIA - has a huge population with no access to water -- MEXICO & CARIBBEAN - eager to use the RESTEC to escape soaring energy costs -- AUSTRALIA - experiencing a drought with no surface water, but has an abundance of aquifers |

OPPORTUNITY
As a potential client, you have the opportunity to cut costs while increasing the amount of incoming water [or other fluids] and distribute it over greater distances than current methods allow you to do, while not leaving a Carbon footprint.
As a potential investor, you have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor to experience the global shift toward finding earth friendly, renewable and sustainable energy sources. |
